Two Scams - One Day

I'm selling a couple of things on Craigslist.  I already got e-mailed today by the CIO Summit Phishers, and now I got the *classic* craigslist scam.  Here is the e-mail they sent

Home & Cell Phone to contact you and your last Selling price so that I can have your check ready.
   Please,be aware that the amount on the check is more than your asking price.the excess amount is for the (Shipping).you are to send my shipper the excess amount when you receive the check.I will Be Happy if my offer is Granted.

Anyway - here is what I wrote back.

Hi Daniel - or Brianb2323 or whatever your name is. 

I'm sure you still take a few people in with your scam now and then - but is that really how you want to make your living? You don't need to live this way.  You can change.  The love and forgiveness of the Lord Jesus Christ can change you - it has changed me.  I'm not sure what you've ever heard about Jesus - but being a Christian is NOT just a long list of 'dos' and 'donts' - in fact Jesus himself taught against the kind of people who try to boil salvation down to a checklist.  Being a Christian is about having hope - knowing that no matter what happens - God is there - He loves me - and he can give me hope.  Now there is a lot more to it than that, but that's a good start. We can talk more about it later if you want.

Anyway - please- you're hurting people. You're taking people who are desperate for enough cash to pay their rent or medical bills, and you're crapping on their lives.  It's mean, and you should stop.
